Please read these terms carefully.

Acceptance and permitted use
These terms apply automatically when you download or use CBT Thought Diary. You may use the app for your personal, lawful purposes in accordance with these terms and the rules of the platform from which you downloaded it.
License and ownership
The app, its trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual-property rights belong to Aly Bairamov or the applicable rights holders. Your use of the app does not transfer those rights to you.
You may not:
- copy or modify the app or any part of it;
- attempt to extract or reverse-engineer its source code;
- translate the app or create derivative versions; or
- use the app or its trademarks in a way that infringes another party’s rights.
Changes, subscriptions, and payments
The developer may change the app, add or remove features, or charge for parts of the service. Any price or payment requirement will be shown clearly before you are charged. Purchases and subscriptions made through Apple are also subject to Apple’s applicable payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms.
Your device and journal data
CBT Thought Diary stores journal content on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device, passcode, backups, exports, and access to the app secure. The developer is not responsible for loss caused by unauthorized device access, device failure, deletion, or a failure to maintain a backup.
You should not jailbreak or root your device. Removing operating-system protections can make the device less secure and may prevent the app from functioning correctly.
Connectivity and third-party charges
Some functions may require an internet connection. The developer is not responsible when functionality is unavailable because you lack Wi-Fi, mobile data, or a compatible connection.
Your network provider’s terms continue to apply. You are responsible for data, roaming, and other third-party charges connected with your use of the app. If you are not the device’s bill payer, you confirm that you have the bill payer’s permission.
Self-help and health disclaimer
CBT Thought Diary is a self-help and journaling tool. It does not provide medical or mental-health advice, diagnosis, treatment, crisis support, or emergency services, and it is not a replacement for a qualified healthcare professional.
Do not rely on the app for an emergency. If you believe you may harm yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service immediately.
Updates, availability, and termination
The app is currently available for iOS. System requirements may change, and you may need to install updates to continue using the app. The developer does not guarantee that the app will always support every device or iOS version.
The developer may stop providing the app or terminate access to it. When access ends, your right to use the app also ends and you must stop using it and, where appropriate, delete it from your device.
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available, without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
